Are the stars on my map scientifically accurate?+
Yes. Your finished star map is created using astronomical data to calculate the positions of the stars for your chosen date, time and location. These details are confirmed for your personalised artwork before printing. The interactive design preview is illustrative; your finished map is prepared specifically for your moment.
What’s included in the price?+
Your personalised design, an artwork proof for approval, and your chosen frame size. A4 is R600, A3 is R750, and 500 × 700 mm is R1,200. Courier charges are separate.
Do I need the exact time or coordinates?+
You don’t need coordinates—your town or venue is enough to get started. The time affects the positions of the stars, so include it if you know it. If you’re unsure, we’ll confirm a time with you before preparing your personalised proof.
Can I see my artwork before it is printed?+
Yes. Your personalised proof is sent for you to check before anything is printed. The previews here are illustrative; your actual sky and wording are confirmed in your proof.
How do delivery and payment work?+
Choose collection or courier delivery. For courier orders, the delivery charge and final total are confirmed before payment. Payment options include EFT and a secure Yoco payment link. If your gift is needed by a particular date, confirm the timing before ordering.
Can my star map be in Afrikaans?+
Yes. Select English or Afrikaans when personalising your map, and add your own title and message in the language that feels most personal.
